New Car launches in India 2008 — which one fulfils my Dzire?

My search for a new sedan is on….there is a buzz in the market about Maruti Suzuki India launching a new sedan car called Dzire. I quickly googled Maruti Dzire to find a link that took me to the video that’s posted on www.youtube.com …although it’s a spy video, its surely gives an idea about the Maruti Swift Dzire..its quite exciting. The back of the car looks fantastic with wrap around rear lights. Do you know about the specifications? Please do update me.

I am really excited about this launch as I drove the esteem for 8 years! Bought one drove for 4 years …this was the one without the Power steering, bought another with the Power Steering and drove that for 4 years…I just didn’t want to let go of Esteem…it was responsive, looked cool, I had an assurance of being serviced anywhere in India and added advantage of being low on maintenance. Maruti Swift Dzire looks very exciting. I quite like the name…I haven’t come across a better marketer and a customer focussed automotive company like Maruti. So my list of choices include Mahindra Logan, Ford Ikon and Swift Dzire….
